📦 The Subscription

What is Full Moon Mail?
Full Moon Mail is a monthly tarot subscription club. Every month I personally curate and mail you a collective tarot reading letter, a collectible tarot postcard, an affirmation card, and a surprise vinyl sticker all sealed by hand in a beautiful envelope and mailed straight to your door.

How much does it cost?

  • 🇺🇸 USA — $12/month
  • 🌍 International — $14/month

Do I need to know anything about tarot to subscribe?
Not at all! Whether you are a seasoned tarot reader or completely new to it, every reading is written to be clear, meaningful and easy to understand. The cards always have something to say, you just need an open heart and mind.

What comes inside my mailer?
Every month you receive:

  • 🌙 A collective tarot reading letter
  • 🎴 A collectible tarot postcard featuring this month's featured cards
  • ✨ A moon guide
  • 🌟 A surprise vinyl sticker
  • 💌 Everything sealed by hand in a beautiful envelope with a wax moon stamp

Is the reading personalized?
Our monthly reading is a collective reading meaning it is channeled for the energy of the group as a whole rather than written individually for each person. Think of it as a message from the universe meant for everyone who needs to hear it that month. Take what resonates and leave what doesn't. You may be surprised how deeply it speaks to you 🌙

How many cards are featured each month?
Each month features 5 tarot cards carefully chosen to reflect the collective energy, themes and lessons of that particular moon cycle.

Will the mailer look the same every month?
Never! Every month has a completely new theme, new tarot cards, a new collectible postcard design, a new affirmation and a new surprise sticker. Each mailer is a unique one of a kind experience.


📬 Shipping & Delivery

When does my mailer ship?
We mail all orders once a month. Subscribe by the 25th of each month to receive the following month's mailer. Orders placed after the 25th will be included in the next available mailing.

When will I receive my mailer?

  • 🇺🇸 USA — 3 to 5 business days after mailing
  • 🌍 International — 7 to 21 business days after mailing

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is included in the $14/month international price.

How will I know when my mailer has shipped?
You will receive an email notification on mailing day. You can also follow us on Instagram and TikTok where we announce mailing day every month and share what went out.

What if my mailer gets lost in the mail?
Please reach out to us at hello@fullmoonmail.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we will do our best to make it right for you.

Do you have a tracking number?
Our mailers ship as standard First Class letters via USPS which do not include tracking. If you would like tracking please contact us before your mailing date and we can arrange Priority Mail shipping for an additional fee.


💳 Billing & Subscription Management

When will I be charged?
You are charged at the time of purchase and then automatically on the same date every month going forward.

Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely — no questions asked and no hoops to jump through. You can cancel at any time through your account portal or by emailing us at hello@fullmoonmail.com. Cancellations take effect before your next billing date.

What happens if I cancel after the 25th?
If you cancel after the 25th your final mailer for the upcoming month will still be sent since it has already been prepared and is on its way. You will not be charged again after that.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
We do not currently offer a pause option but we are working on it! In the meantime please email us at hello@fullmoonmail.com and we will find a solution together.

Can I update my shipping address?
Yes! Please email us at hello@fullmoonmail.com as soon as possible with your new address. Address changes must be received before the 20th of the month to be applied to that month's mailing.

What if I enter the wrong address at checkout?
Please contact us immediately at hello@fullmoonmail.com. We will do our best to update it before your mailer ships but we cannot guarantee changes once mailing has begun.

Do you offer refunds?
Because our mailers are physical items that are prepared and shipped monthly we are unable to offer refunds once a mailer has been dispatched. If there is a problem with your order please reach out and we will always do our best to make it right.


🎁 Gifts & Special Orders

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Yes! A Full Moon Mail subscription makes the most magical and meaningful gift. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout and send us a note at hello@fullmoonmail.com with any special message you would like included in their first mailer.

Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet — but they are coming soon! Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when gift cards launch.

Do you offer multi-month subscriptions?
We are working on 3-month and 6-month gift options coming soon. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to be the first to hear about new offerings.

How do I contact you?

Where are you based?
Full Moon Mail is based in San Diego, California. Every mailer is packed and sent with love from Southern California 🌙
