Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to change, pause, or cancel your Full Moon Mail subscription, and what to expect when you do.
How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to Full Moon Mail, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout. We securely store your payment details and charge you per delivery, unless you’ve prepaid for a full term.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the price and frequency shown at checkout. Before each renewal, we’ll send a reminder email so you know what’s coming. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel:
- Open any order confirmation email we’ve sent you
- Click the link to your order
- Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts
If you can’t find your confirmation email, contact us at hello@fullmoonmail.com and we’ll cancel it for you.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll continue to receive any deliveries already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you’d prefer a break instead of cancelling, you can pause your subscription from your account. Paused subscriptions will not be charged or shipped until you resume them.
Changing Your Subscription
You can update your delivery frequency, shipping address, or subscription tier at any time from your account. Changes will apply to your next scheduled delivery, provided they’re made before it enters processing.
Deliveries Already in Transit
Once a letter has been printed and handed over to the postal service, it cannot be recalled. If you cancel after a shipment has gone out, that final letter will still be delivered.
