By subscribing to Full Moon Mail, you agree to the following terms.

Overview

Full Moon Mail is a monthly subscription service delivering printed tarot letters through postal mail. By placing an order, you agree to receive recurring monthly shipments and to be billed on a recurring basis unless you cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically each month through Shopify’s secure payment system.

By subscribing, you authorize Full Moon Mail to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly cycle until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will apply to future billing cycles and do not retroactively cancel shipments that have already been prepared or processed.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS or, where applicable, international postal partners.

Full Moon Mail is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control once an order has been shipped.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping information. Full Moon Mail is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered items due to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Address updates must be made before the next billing cycle to ensure correct delivery.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because each letter is individually prepared as part of a monthly fulfillment cycle, refunds are not guaranteed once a subscription has been processed for that month.

We do not offer refunds for completed or delivered shipments. Cancellations will apply to future billing cycles only.

Nature of Service

Full Moon Mail provides tarot-based creative and reflective content intended for personal insight and entertainment. All readings are subjective in nature and should not be considered professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, or financial.

Changes to Service

Full Moon Mail reserves the right to update pricing, mailing schedules, or service structure with reasonable notice to subscribers.
